The musical vibes were strong at the 3rd annual Maidenwell Music Mix held last weekend in the dedicated concert area behind the Maidenwell Hotel.
A mix of blues, country and rock kept the crowd entertained as they relaxed under the shade of the massive fig tree.
The fun began on Friday night with local legends Larry Cann and MISfiTZ warming up the crowd before Graeme Jensen hit the stage.
Saturday’s line-up included nine performances, culminating with the Australian Brooks and Dunn Tribute Band singing classic American country.
The event is organised by a not-for-profit association, Maidenwell Music Mix Inc, with the help of a large team of volunteers.
About 500 visitors attended the event over the two days, with many camping behind the hotel.
