A trailbike rider was airlifted to hospital after an incident near Bell on Sunday morning.
A LifeFlight spokesperson said the man, aged in his 30s, suffered a serious upper leg injury.
He was airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
The LifeFlight helicopter was tasked at 10:48am and landed near the scene.
