A man was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital after a collision at Chahpingah on Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Chinchilla-Wondai Road and McPhee Road about 10:15am after reports two vehicles had collided.
A QAS spokesperson said the man suffered a knee injury and was taken to hospital in a stable condition.
Two other people were assessed by paramedics at the scene but declined transport.
At 1:00pm, traffic on Chinchilla-Wondai Road was still being delayed.
Earlier in the morning, a permit burn was being undertaken in the same area with assistance from rural fire crews.
