Four people were taken to hospital for assessment after a spectacular crash on the outskirts of Kingaroy on Wednesday afternoon which left one of the vehicles on its roof.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Kingaroy-Cooyar Road and Industrial Avenue just before 4:15pm.
A forklift was brought in to remove the badly damaged Kia Seltos and Toyota RAV 4 from the roadway.
Four ambulances attended the scene as well as a fire crew and police.
A QAS spokesperson said the four patients were taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
Two are believed to be children.

No one was injured when a truck rolled on Chinchilla-Wondai Road at Durong on Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency services were called just after 3:15pm.
Paramedics assessed the two occupants of the truck, but neither was taken to hospital.
