South Burnett Regional Council will be hosting the next Kingaroy Chamber of Commerce & Industry meet’n’greet.
The get-together for local business people will be held from 5:15pm on Tuesday, July 28, at the Kingaroy Town Hall Reception Room in Glendon Street.
Mayor Kathy Duff will present an overview of Council’s recently adopted 2026-27 Budget.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
Other guest speakers will include:
- Ian Macfarlane – the former Federal politician, former CEO of the Queensland Resources Council, former president of the Queensland Grain Growers Association and former Kingaroy boy is the current chair of the Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise (TSBE).
- Katie Mulder – CEO of the Queensland Renewable Energy Council.
Cost to attend is $15 for KCCI members or $20 for non-members.
