A 55-year-old woman has been charged over the alleged theft of a tractor, 100 head of cattle and 4km of barbed wire from a property at Boondooma.

Police will allege the items stolen are worth more than $280,000.

They were notified in May after a muster at Boondooma failed to locate the missing cattle and property.

It will be alleged the offences occurred over three years.

Kingaroy Rural and Stock Crime Squad detectives recovered the tractor and barbed wire during a recent search at a Wooroolin property.

A Clermont woman has been charged with six counts each of stock stealing and stock fraud, as well as single counts of entering and committing an indictable offence, and insecure firearms.

She is due to appear in Clermont Magistrates Court on August 5.
