A man was taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital after a collision on Chinchilla-Wondai Road at Tingoora on Saturday night.
Emergency services were called about 6:20pm after reports two vehicles had collided.
Paramedics assessed two people at the incident.
A QAS spokesperson said a man aged in his 50s had no apparent injuries and declined transport to hospital.
The second man, aged in his 30s, was transported in a stable condition with neck, chest and leg injuries.

Emergency services were called to the Wide Bay Highway at Cinnibar at 12:30am on Sunday morning after a vehicle carrying four occupants rolled.
Three of occupants were not injured, while the fourth – a man in his 30s – suffered minor hand injuries, but all declined transport to hospital.
