A woman has been airlifted to hospital after she fell from a horse while mustering on a rural property north-west of Boondooma.

A LifeFlight rescue helicopter was tasked at 10:24am and landed on the property.

The critical care LifeFlight doctor worked alongside QAS paramedics to assess and treat the patient for pelvic injuries.

The woman, aged in her 40s, was airlifted to the LifeFlight Bundaberg base where she was transferred by ambulance to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
