A house and shed were destroyed by fire in an early morning blaze at Blackbutt North on Tuesday.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesperson said the fire, in a property in Myrtle Court, appeared to have begun in the shed but quickly spread to a nearby house.
When firefighters arrived just after 7:00am, both structures were fully involved in flames.
At one stage, five urban fire crews and volunteers from three rural units were fighting the fire.
At 10:30am, firefighters were still on site, monitoring hot spots and working with police to determine the cause.
A QAS spokesperson said paramedics were called to the incident, but all occupants of the house had managed to escape safely.
One person was assessed for possible smoke inhalation but did not require any transport to hospital.
