FLASHBACK: South Burnett Saints’ men turned out in their Kingaroy Bulldogs colours for their annual Heritage Round last year

August 8, 2025

South Burnett Saints will be celebrating their annual Heritage Day at Lyle Vidler Oval in Kingaroy on Saturday.

As well as recognising its roots with the Kingaroy Bulldogs and Kingaroy Jets, the club will also be marking the 10th anniversary of its historic first premiership win in the Darling Downs AFL competition in September 2015, just three years after it was formed.

Players from that side will be getting together for their 10-year reunion.

Bulldogs Spirit Awards will also be announced, honouring a senior male and female player for their dedication and hard work.

All three South Burnett teams will face the Toowoomba Tigers on the day.

Under 13.5s will be in action at 11:30am, followed by the women at 1:00pm and the men at 2:30pm.

After the men’s game wraps up there’ll be live music by Amber Goldsmith into the night from 6:00pm.
