A driver suffered critical injuries when a truck rolled on the Bunya Highway, just south of Kumbia, on Monday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle crash about 4:15pm.
A QAS spokesperson said paramedics assessed one person at the scene in a life-threatening condition with head injuries.
The man, aged in his 40s, was flown by the Toowoomba=based LifeFlight rescue helicopter to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane.
The helicopter landed in a paddock near the incident.
The highway was closed to all traffic in both directions while emergency services were at the scene.
It was fully reopened about 8:00pm.
