Five people – including a child – were assessed by paramedics after two vehicles collided in Haly Street, Kingaroy, on Monday.
A QAS spokesperson said three people were taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
One of the patients had neck and back pain.
Emergency services were called to crash, near the Tuite Street intersection, about noon.
