UPDATE: The missing boy has been located safe and well
Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 16-year-old boy missing from Capalaba since Friday, May 9.
Investigators believe the boy may be in the Kingaroy area.
He was reported missing to police on Monday, May 12.
The boy, pictured, was last seen leaving a Fanfare Place address carrying a black duffle bag around 10:40pm and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare due to his young age and length of time that he has been missing.
The boy is described as Caucasian, approximately 167cm tall, with a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes.
Police are appealing to the boy, or anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact Policelink on 131-444.
