Kingaroy Senior Soccer Club will be hosting their second home games of the season this Sunday (May 18) at Tom Alford Oval in Oliver Bond Street, Kingaroy.
Kingaroy’s Division 2 team will take on UniSQ at 11:00am, followed by the Division 1 game between Kingaroy and Highlands at 1:00pm.
The two men’s teams are competing in the Darling Downs Community Football Competition.
This is the first time for many years that South Burnett teams have taken part in this Toowoomba-based competition.
The Division 1 team has so far notched up two wins and a draw in the six-team competition, including a 5-0 victory over Chinchilla Bears in their first home game on March 22.
The Division 2 team will be coming off back-to-back wins on the road, having defeated Rockville Rovers 3-1 on May 4 and Willowburn 3-1 last Sunday.
The canteen will be open at the Kingaroy Soccer Club, entry is free and spectators are invited to come along and support the local teams in action!

The South Burnett’s 2025 junior soccer season kicked off last Saturday with games from Under 6s through to Cadets being played across seven fields at the Barambah club’s grounds at Wondai Sportsground.
In U12/13s, Kingaroy McDonalds defeated Kingaroy Blacks Electrical 4-1.
In Cadets, Kingaroy Refrigeration defeated Kingaroy CTC Mechanical 2-1.
Barambah will host the first five rounds, before the action switches to the Nanango Panthers’ grounds in Burnett Street on June 14.
