A motorbike rider aged in his 30s was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after a crash at Cinnibar on Tuesday morning.
Emergency services were called to Oakey Creek Road at 5:45am.
A QAS spokesperson said the man suffered significant chest and leg injuries.
He was flown by rescue helicopter to the Royal Brisbane Hospital in a stable condition.
