Police have charged a 43-year-old man following an alleged incident at Booie on February 6.
Police were called to a property on Shellbachs Road, between Curtis Road and Haydens Road, about 1:30pm following reports of an incident involving a firearm.
Following investigations, specialist police along with Kingaroy detectives arrested the man at a Nanango address on February 11.
The Kingaroy man has been charged with dangerous conduct with a weapon and unlawful possession of weapon (Category A, B or M).
The man has been remanded in custody and is due to appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on February 12.

UPDATE: Charges against Curtis Dale Hayden were mentioned in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Wednesday. He was remanded in custody to February 17.
