A police spokesperson said officers attended a property at Booie on Thursday afternoon after a reported incident however no further police action was taken.
“Further inquiries are ongoing with the resident at that property,” the spokesperson said.

Reports that a person was shot on Thursday afternoon during an incident at Booie have been rejected by police.
A police spokesperson said officers were called to Schellbachs Road at 1:20pm after reports a firearm had been discharged.
However, this has not been confirmed by police.
At 6:30pm on Thursday, negotiators were talking to a man inside a property, urging him to come outside.
Police were advising residents to stay away from the area as a precaution.

Police confirmed on Thursday afternoon that an “ongoing incident” was happening in the Booie area however said there was no current threat to the public.
At 4:30pm, a police spokesperson said police were investigating an incident.
There was no current threat but he urged people to stay away from the area.
