A rider was transported to Kingaroy Hospital with a suspected head injury after a fall from a horse at Nanango Showgrounds on Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called at 9:48am.
A QAS spokesperson said the patient was transported in a stable condition.

A man was taken to Kingaroy Hospital after a fall from a motorbike on Cooyar-Rangemore Road at Cooyar on Saturday afternoon.
He was transported in a stable condition with back pain.
Paramedics were called just after noon.

Paramedics assessed a pushbike rider after her bicycle was allegedly struck by a car at the intersection of Avoca and Youngman streets in Kingaroy on Friday evening.
Emergency services were called about 5:00pm.
The woman rider, aged in her 50s, declined transport to hospital.
