LifeFlight airlifted an injured motorbike rider after a crash on a private property at South Nanango on Thursday morning.

Paramedics were called about 11:00am after reports a rider had been injured while attempting a motocross-style jump.

A QAS spokesperson said the rider, a man aged in his 20s, suffered a serious leg injury.

He was airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

The Sunshine Coast-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter managed to land near where the incident occurred.

A man aged in his early 20s was taken by ambulance to Dalby Hospital in a stable condition with a knee injury after a single-vehicle crash near Maclagan on Thursday.

Emergency services were called to the incident on Dalby-Cooyar Road about noon.
