A man aged in his 60s was taken to Kingaroy Hospital for assessment after his vehicle hit a deer on the D’Aguilar Highway.
QAS paramedics were called to the incident, at South Nanango, just before 6:00pm on Sunday.
The vehicle was heading towards Nanango when the incident occurred.
A QAS spokesperson said the man was transported by ambulance in a stable condition.
