QAS paramedics assessed two people after a collision at the intersection of Taylors Road and the Bunya Highway outside Kingaroy on Wednesday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident just before 8:30am.
A spokesperson said a woman aged in her 40s declined transport to hospital.
A second woman, aged in her 20s, had minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
