A woman aged in her 20s was treated by QAS paramedics after being bitten by a snake on Tuesday night.
Emergency services were called to a home in Widgee at 6:55pm.
The woman was taken by ambulance to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition.

Three people were assessed by paramedics after a single-vehicle crash on the New England Highway at Yarraman on Wednesday.
Emergency services were called to the incident at 7:32am.
Two patients were transported to Nanango Hospital in a stable condition.
