A woman aged in her 20s was taken to Kingaroy Hospital after two vehicles collided at Ellesmere on Friday evening.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Kumbia and Parker roads just after 6:00pm.
QAS paramedics assessed one patient at the scene.
She was transported by ambulance to hospital in a stable condition with a wrist injury.
