A woman aged in her 40s suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Mundubbera-Durong Road at Boondooma on Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called to the rollover at 9:19am.
A QAS spokesperson said the woman suffered suspected spinal and head injuries.
She was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

A man and a woman were injured in a single-vehicle crash on the D’Aguilar Highway at Yarraman in the early hours of Monday.
The incident was reported at 2:25am.
A man aged in his 40s had suspected back injuries, while a woman in her 30s suffered a foot injury.
Both were transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
