A man suffered head injuries in a rural accident near Maidenwell on Thursday evening.
QAS paramedics were called to the private property at Neumgna about 6:15pm.
They assessed a man in his 60s, who had reportedly been trampled by a cow.
He was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
