The police Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal motorbike crash which occurred at Murgon on Tuesday night.
Initial investigations suggest that after 9:00pm, a motorbike was travelling south-east along the Bunya Highway when it left the road and crashed near the intersection with Barambah Road.
The rider, a 42-year-old Mount Coolum man, died at the scene.
Witnesses, or anyone with relevant dashcam vision, have been urged to contact police.
