A man and a teenage girl were taken to Kingaroy Hospital for treatment after a single-vehicle rollover at Greenview on Monday evening.
Emergency services were called to the crash, on Jorgensens Road, about 6:40pm.
A QAS spokesperson said the man, aged in his early 20s, suffered neck and back injuries, while the girl, in her mid-teens, had hand and facial injuries.
The pair were transported by ambulance in a stable condition.
