A woman aged in her 40s has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after a horse-riding accident at Nanango on Tuesday morning.
Emergency services were called to the private property about 9:10am.
A QAS spokesperson said the rider suffered pelvic, hand and abdominal injuries when she fell from the horse.
She was initially transported by ambulance to Nanango Hospital before being airlifted in a serious condition to Toowoomba Hospital by a LifeFlight Rescue helicopter.
