Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash which occurred near Colinton on Saturday.
Emergency services were called to Emu Creek Road about 9:45am after reports a motorcycle had left the roadway and the rider had struck a tree.
The 53-year-old male rider from Dinmore died at the scene.
He had been travelling with other riders at the time but no one else was injured.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the cause of the crash.

QAS paramedics transported a patient to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition after a fall from a horse on Saturday morning.
They were called to a property off Upper Widgee Road at Widgee about 11:40am.

Paramedics transported one patient in a stable condition to Kingaroy Hospital after a single-vehicle rollover on Barambah Road at Moffatdale 11:15am on Saturday.
