A woman and a young boy were taken to Kingaroy Hospital after a vehicle left the road and crashed into a tree at Gordonbrook on Wednesday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident on Memerambi-Gordonbrook Road just before 10:00am.
A QAS spokesperson said a woman aged in her 40s suffered head, chest, abdominal and upper limb injuries.
The male toddler had suspected chest pain.
Both were transported by ambulance in a stable condition.
