Three people were assessed by QAS paramedics after two vehicles collided on the Bunya Highway near Crawford on Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near Champneys Road, just before 9:00am.
A QAS spokesperson said a man in his 20s, with a possible spinal injury, and a woman in her 50s with neck pain were taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital for treatment.
The third person declined transport to hospital.
