Singers from across the South Burnett and beyond will be gathering at the Kingaroy Town Hall on Sunday (July 2) for Kingaroy Singfest 2023.
The all-day celebration of singing – and learning about singing! – has been organised by the Queensland / Northern Territory branch of the Australian National Choral Association.
There will be workshops and massed community singing, led by expert choral conductor Paul Holley OAM.
The day will start with a professional development session for conductors.
After this, there’ll be a singing workshop involving community choirs and singers.
The day will finish with a concert featuring this large ensemble, showcasing their new skills.
Events start at 10:00am and run until 5:30pm.
