No one was injured when a caravan caught on fire at South Nanango on Thursday night.

Emergency services were called to the incident on the D’Aguilar Highway about 8:40pm.

QAS paramedics attended alongside police and firefighters.

It was the second incident involving a caravan in recent days.

Last week, a caravan was wrecked on the Bunya Highway near Wooroolin after it suffered a suspected mechanical failure.

No one was injured in this incident.

A driver was taken to hospital for observation after a crashed ute was found abandoned on Old Esk Road at south-east Nanango on Thursday morning.

Emergency services were called at 6:38am.

The driver was later located in Nanango and taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.

On Thursday afternoon, emergency services were called to a collision on the Bunya Highway at Ficks Crossing.

No injuries were reported.
