A man was airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital after his vehicle struck a cow on the D’Aguilar Highway on Wednesday night.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near Ruckers Lane at Harlin, at 8:33pm.
A QAS spokesperson said the man suffered head, leg and facial injuries.
He was transported in a stable condition.

A female competitor was taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital with back pain after a crash at the Kingaroy Speedway on Thursday night.
QAS paramedics were called to the venue at 7:39pm.
The woman, aged in her 20s, was transported in a stable condition.
