Two people were injured when two vehicles collided on Gayndah Road, near Murgon, on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred about 2:35pm.
QAS paramedics assessed three people at the scene.
Two were transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.

Two people were taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition after a single-vehicle crash at Wattle Camp on Monday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident on Brocklehurst Road at 5:41pm.
One male suffered a knee injury, while a second had an injured hand.
