A man aged in his 30s was injured in a single-vehicle crash just outside Nanango on Wednesday night.
Emergency services were called to the incident, at the corner of Bushnells Road and Nanango-Brooklands Road at 7:36pm.
They located the driver a short way from his dual cab ute, which was in a ditch.
A QAS spokesperson said the man suffered facial injuries and was transported in a stable condition to Kingaroy Hospital.

A truck driver was lucky to escape serious injuries when his vehicle flipped on to its side near Booubyjan on Thursday morning.
Emergency services were called to the Burnett Highway about 7:10am.
QAS paramedics assessed one person at the scene.
