Murgon police are investigating the theft of 1000 litres of diesel from a rural property at Fairdale.

The thieves targeted the property, on Red Hill Road, at some time between June 18-26.

A 43-year-old Murgon woman has been charged with producing dangerous drugs after police searched a property in Lamb Street, Murgon, last Friday.

Police allegedly located a hydroponics drug set up. The woman is expected to appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on July 19.

Two vehicles were vandalised on Sunday while parked at the sporting complex in Collins Road, Cherbourg.

Between 10:15am and 10:30am, the rear left passenger window of one vehicle was smashed with a pair of pliers.

The front passenger side window of a second vehicle was smashed with a rock. Coins and work tools were stolen from the centre console.

Investigations are continuing into the incident.

Between March 27 and June 26, thieves broke into a facility on Coverty Road at Coverty. They cut the lock on a locker and stole two water pumps.
