FLASHBACK: The inaugural president of the South Burnett Saints Australian Football Club Inc, Daniel Clacy, was named Club President in the Team Of The Decade

June 20, 2022

South Burnett Saints celebrated their first decade with a party on Saturday – and their strongest performances on the field so far this year.

The Heritage Round at Lyle Vidler Oval in Kingaroy marked 10 years since the club was founded in 2012.

Former Saints as well as veterans of the Kingaroy Bulldogs and Jets came along for the big day.

There were displays of memorabilia, food, a bar plus live music from Mr Q on a special stage brought in for the night.

Players and officials from past seasons as well as this year’s games were honoured.

The 2022 Bulldogs Spirit Award was presented to Josh Freeman and Sarah Nothdurft.
