A 27-year-old Kingaroy man has been charged with a number of offences after police intercepted a Subaru in First Avenue, Kingaroy, at midnight on Sunday.

Police will allege the man had cannabis hidden in his underwear and amphetamines and drug utensils in his jacket pocket.

More drug utensils and knuckledusters were allegedly located in the vehicle.

The man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on June 23 charged with possessing drugs, drug utensils and a weapon.

At 8:30pm on May 23, police were called to a home in Moore Street, Kingaroy, in relation to another matter.  While there, police located a 34-year-old Kingaroy woman allegedly in possession of cannabis and drug utensils. She will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on June 9.

A 21-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on June 9 charged with unlicensed driving after police stopped his Holden sedan in Fisher Street, Kingaroy, at 11:10pm on May 23.

Kingaroy police are investigating the “keying” of a Hyundai parked in an Avoca Street car park on May 24.

Just after midnight on May 25, police were called to a Youngman Street, Kingaroy, motel in relation to the behaviour of people inside a unit. Police located a 19-year-old Kingaroy man allegedly in possession of a small quantity of cannabis and drug utensils.  He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on June 23.

Police are investigating a number of wilful damage complaints to businesses on Youngman Street. At 10:00pm on May 25, a glass door was smashed at fast food outlet. At 10:30pm, a vending machine was damaged and a glass door smashed at a laundromat. A rear door to another premises in the same complex was damaged as well as an LDV SUV parked nearby.

Police are investigating the unlawful entry of a Holden sedan parked in Haly Street, Kingaroy, between 3:00pm and 4:20pm on May 26.  The thief stole a purse containing cash.
