A good samaritan who stopped to help at the site of a serious traffic crash on the Wide Bay Highway in the early hours of Wednesday had his vehicle stolen at the scene.

About 4:50am, the driver stopped to help at the site of a head-on crash between a trayback ute and a Jeep.

The incident occurred between Hayes Road and the Lower Wonga Hall.

An unknown man from one of the vehicles involved in the crash pushed the would-be helper, jumped into his vehicle and drove off.

The white Ford Falcon sedan was later located in Morayfield.

Investigations are continuing.

At some time between midnight on March 7 and noon on March 10, a small glass window was smashed in a building in Boonara Street, Goomeri.

At some time between 7:30pm and 9:00pm on March 12, a 1998 model Stessco 3.5m dinghy (registration BAW83Q) and boat trailer (FF 2825) were stolen from the side of the Wide Bay Highway at Woolooga

A 45-year-old Norman Gardens man has been charged after a break-in at a business in Thomas Street, Woolooga, at some time between 12:18am on March 16 and 12:06am on March 17.

Money and cigarettes were allegedly stolen.

The man will appear in Bundaberg Magistrates Court on March 30.
