Queensland Health has issued a public health alert for COVID-19 contact tracing locations in Archerfield and the Westfield Garden City shopping centre in Upper Mount Gravatt.
This follows another truck driver from NSW testing positive.
The truckie was infectious in the Queensland community for two days – Sunday, September 5, and Monday, September 6 – before returning to NSW.
A Queensland Health spokesperson said Queenslanders should regularly monitor the list of exposure venues as more locations may be added.
Anyone with any COVID-19 symptoms at any time, no matter how mild, should immediately get tested.
