A woman has been airlifted to hospital with critical injuries after falling from a mountain bike on Thursday morning.
The woman was cycling on the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail near Moore when the incident occurred.
Emergency services were called about 10:15am.
Critical care paramedics treated the woman before transferring her to a waiting medevac helicopter.
A QAS spokesperson said the woman was flown in a critical condition to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane.
