The big town celebration in Kumbia has been postponed to 2022

August 10, 2021

Uncertainty around COVID-19 restrictions has led to another event joining the growing list of local cancellations.

The inaugural Kumbia Country Festival, which was to be held on Father’s Day (September 5), has been postponed until 2022.

The festival was to have featured market stalls, a vintage machinery display, show’n’shine, hay bale relay, milking demonstrations, live music and games for the children.

Organisers made the announcement on social media on Monday night.

However, the Kumbia Country Festival raffle, which was to be drawn at the festival, is still going ahead.
