Police will allege a man was enjoying a “picnic” on the side of the road just outside Kingaroy when he was sprung using a drug utensil.
The 49-year-old Noosa resident was spotted by police last Tuesday while they were patrolling Borcherts Road.
He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on August 16.

A 41-year-old Kingaroy man allegedly blew 0.063 BAC after police pulled over his Mitsubishi sedan in Youngman Street, Kingaroy, for a roadside breath test at 12:45am on Saturday. He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on August 30 charged with a drink-driving offence.
