The Bundaberg-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter flew a man to hospital after he was injured in a motocross crash on Sunday afternoon.

It’s believed the man, aged in his 50s, was riding his bike at Manar Park, near Boondooma, when he lost control and crashed.

The rescue chopper was sent to the scene shortly after 1:00pm.
