A man has been airlifted to hospital with suspected back and pelvic injuries after a trench collapsed at Mondure on Wednesday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the private property on Mondure-Cushnie Road at 12:49pm.

QFES personnel worked to free the man, who was partially buried.

He was assessed at the scene by QAS paramedics and then flown to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition.

A man was transported to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition after a hang-gliding accident near Gympie on Wednesday afternoon.

QAS paramedics were called to the incident, near Upper Widgee Road, about 12:15pm.

No further information is available.

Two men were transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition after a single-vehicle rollover on the Bunya Highway at Wooroolin on Tuesday night.

The incident occurred near the sweeping bend on the southern end of town.

Emergency services were called just after 7:30pm.
