One person suffered pelvic injuries in a motorcycle incident at South Nanango on Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called to a private property at 10:50am.
A QAS spokesperson said the patient was transported in a stable condition to Nanango Hospital.
The patient was then flown by helicopter to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane for further treatment.
