A truck driver escaped with minor injuries after a semi-trailer hauling peanuts overturned on the Bunya Highway at Taabinga on Friday morning.

Emergency services were called to the incident, near the intersection with Stuart Valley Drive, just before 9:00am.

Peanuts from the trailer spilled across Stuart Valley Drive.

Three QFES crews attended the scene and helped to make the semi-trailer safe.

A QAS spokesperson said the male driver was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition with a head laceration.

One person was in a serious but stable condition after being reportedly trampled by a cow on a property at Linville on Wednesday afternoon.

Emergency services were called at 4:15pm and a rescue helicopter was despatched to the scene.

Emergency services were called to a property on Chinchilla-Wondai Road at Cushnie about 8:30pm on Wednesday.

Initial reports suggested a tractor had rolled.

Paramedics assessed two men at the scene.
