Two people suffered minor injuries in a single-vehicle crash near Wrattens Forest on Tuesday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the incident, on Blacksnake Road, at 12:55pm.

The two occupants – an adult woman and a child – managed to escape the vehicle before it burst into flames.

QAS paramedics assessed the pair at the scene and transported them to Murgon Hospital in a stable condition.

Two fire crews were also called to the incident.

The vehicle was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived.

Firefighters sprayed foam to extinguish the fire and then dampened down hot spots.
