January 29, 2021

Yarraman residents have been invited to provide feedback about their local library.

Toowoomba Regional Council’s will be surveying residents in February, asking them to provide feedback on Council’s library services across the region.

Cr Tim McMahon said the survey was an important opportunity for residents to have their say on all aspects of library services.

“Council operates 13 libraries across the Region and the survey will help us improve the services we provide to our communities,” Cr McMahon said.

“The survey asks residents to comment on facilities they visit, services they access and how they hear about library events and programs.

“The survey can be completed online and in hard copy at libraries and Council’s customer service centres.”

The survey is open from Monday, February 1 to Sunday, February 28.

Survey results will be confidential and Council will not have access to individual feedback.
